Founders are customers who subscribe during our pre-launch period. As a Founder, you receive credits worth 30% more than your subscription price each month (e.g. pay $30/mo, get $40 in credits), higher discount rates after credits are used, and your rates are guaranteed for a minimum of 2 years.
Each month, your subscription gives you dollar credits that can be used for both custom labels and 3D printing orders. Credits are applied automatically at checkout to reduce your order total.
Monthly billing gives you credits each month with a 3-month rollover period. Annual billing gives you all 12 months of credits upfront at a discounted rate (2 months free), with a 3-month window to use remaining credits at the end of your term.
For monthly subscribers, each month's unused credits roll over for up to 3 months before expiring. For annual subscribers, all credits are available for the full 12-month term plus a 3-month usage window.
Your Founder subscription automatically converts to a recurring subscription. Your enhanced credit rates and discounts remain locked in for a minimum of 2 years.
Based on your tier, orders over a certain amount qualify for free standard shipping. Industrial tier subscribers get free shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are always separate from your credits.
Subscribers can opt in to Priority Processing at checkout for faster turnaround on label orders. The fee varies by tier ($1-$2 per label) and is charged separately from credits.
Yes! Subscribers get access to priority design support. If you have complex label requirements or prefer not to use our online design tools, our team can assist. Higher tier subscribers get faster response times.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you're a Founder and your subscription lapses, you'll still receive a 5% discount for the remainder of your 2-year Founder period.
Founder rates (enhanced credits and higher discounts) are guaranteed for a minimum of 2 years from your signup date. We may choose to extend Founder benefits beyond this period.
