Circuit identification labels. Name the equipment.
A circuit label has to let a person “readily identify the equipment supplied and the corresponding circuit protective devices”. That is Energy Safe Victoria’s test for clause 2.10.5.2 (EIS 007).

The clauses ESV names
AS/NZS 3000:2018, as Energy Safe Victoria cites it. We have not read the paid standard. These are the regulator's pages, in plain words.

In NSW, safety services switches carry their own wording under clause 7.2.4.4 and contrast in colouring under 2.3.3.4 (Building Commission NSW, Advisory Note 3/2021). The wording is below.
Against ESV's test
The test is whether someone who did not wire the board can tell what each breaker feeds. Our reading: two breakers both labelled KITCHEN do not say which feeds what, and CB4 GPOs KITCHEN EAST does.

What the regulator pages do not say
None of the regulator pages we read gives a text height for AS/NZS 3000 labels or names a label material. None mentions Dymo or adhesive labels.
The only letter heights are for solar and battery signs: 5 mm upper case and 4 mm lower case per metre of viewing distance, as a recommendation (Solar Victoria, technical guidance sheet 2.4, Clean Energy Council, Advice on Labelling (v2, June 2023)).
